Privacy policy
Short and specific. Last updated October 19, 2026.
What we collect
When you submit the estimate request form we receive what you type: name, phone, email, project address or ZIP, project type, approximate size, timeline, notes and an optional photo or plan file. If you call or email us, we receive what you share.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your request, prepare an estimate and schedule work. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
How it is delivered
Form submissions are sent to us by email through Cloudflare Email Routing. The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests and may log technical data such as IP address for security and abuse prevention. We briefly use your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use advertising trackers or set tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, we will update this page.
Retention and your choices
We keep project correspondence as long as needed to serve you and meet business and legal obligations. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, email hi@sacexcavation.com. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, and we will honor valid requests.
